Users may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and receive a full refund.<\/p>\r\n
If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a 20% cancellation fee may apply.<\/p>\r\n
No refund will be provided for cancellations after the appointment time or in the event of a no-show.<\/p>\r\n
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and special circumstances may be considered at the centre\u2019s sole discretion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
