Because it was my first visit, initially I went to the wrong reception, the on in the photos on the ground floor. You have to go down the side of the building, and use the elevator. Once that was sorted, everything was very good, no complaints about the service or facilities. Ultrasound Technician was very proffesional and friendly.

We visited Elvetiko MRI Centre on a Saturday during the summer without a prior booking, needing a CT scan urgently. Despite the weekend and off-hours, the staff went above and beyond to make everything possible. They arranged the scan promptly, even bringing in doctors who were off-site to ensure we were taken care of. Incredibly professional, efficient, and compassionate service. Highly recommended!

Reception staff were courteous and helpful. At the end, my taxi driver was unable to pick me up but a receptionist called a different one who arrived promptly. When I had difficulty connecting to wifi, this was quickly resolved. I recommend this clinic. Thanks again.
